I am a masters-level marriage and family therapist and who provides quality and engaged mental health care rooted in theological integration. For Christians, finding a therapist who shares your faith is important. I am glad to join with clients to support and encourage them in their faith and healing journey in a way that feels nonjudgemental.

My practice is exclusively telehealth. I don’t have a brick and mortar office. I see clients and hold sessions via technology! I am able to provide quality therapy via secure video and phone.
It’s essential for me that my clients get personalized treatment, suggestions, and input. I also firmly believe that a good fit is vital for therapy to be a benefit. Rather than do things the typical “one size fits all way”, I create a system and treatment plan designed around my clients’ wants and needs. I pursue education and training, if necessary, for the issues my clients are facing so I can better help them.
